2. Implementing: It involves carrying out the activities outlined in the improvement plan. which  includes  training sessions, process changes, or the introduction of new tools or technologies.
3. Checking: It involves regular monitoring and measuring progress against the OKRs and KPIs to determine the effectiveness of the improvement efforts.
4. Acting: It involves making any necessary adjustments to the improvement plan based on the results of the check  phase which include revising the plan, continuing with the current course of action, or starting a new PDCA cycle.
